What exactly is Business Spirituality? It remains a question which many are still struggling. In short, this is the answer to the question of how one organization, what kind of organization also, in our turbulent environment alone can maintain itself and grow.
This specific question is a manager to me: what should we do? My obvious answer is the question: What do you want? Which often follows the reaction: this is exactly our problem, that we do not know, because the situation is unclear and the changes are so fast that we do not know. This may not even the best manual solution.
Then comes my next question: who are you then? What is your strength, what is your weakness, you see what opportunities and what are you inclined? That is the question of the identity of a company, the deepest vocation is borne by the organizational culture. That answer is not easy to make. It requires a deeper reflection on the core values of the organization. These are usually found in the founders of the company, because they have the company up from a deep ideal, from a large expertise and a strong team.
This land is the primal source of inspiration and strength of the organization had. Unfortunately, that source in the course of history became polluted, clogged or dried up with the result that the inner spiritual strength of the company became lost. Retrieval and restoration of this inner strength, that's the business of spirituality. Comprising expertise to effectively proceed. That's profit, achieve results and successfully achieve something. This expertise comes into its own only in a strong team and achieve something big from a very deep spiritual power and idealism.
The consistency of these business skills, strong team spirit and his deep inspiration Business Spirituality. This is true even for families and small organizations as well as a family has money, a strong team spirit and a great idealism. Again that word, spirituality ... knowing and acting in light of the action of Spirit. Ms Zohra Noah that "psycho sofia" mentioned. Literally: Recognition of the functioning of mind .... Your argument uses the word spirituality but it remains somewhat unclear but in my opinion is pretty easy to clear.
If it is not an attempt ... Spirit is in everything and others, including the movements people make in their business. Business spirituality, recognizing the effect of Spirit in Business, may I also say in the way people conduct their business? There's also workable than I point out how and where people do this. So reading my own comment back, I think my point is that in my view a genuine spiritual development or deployment triggers allowing any misunderstanding, religious or scientific assumption or belief, any illusion eventually will go down. And, and that seems inevitable, eventually it will remain what evidently true and real in life and experience of a man in connection with his or her world ... There goes my experience spirituality for, come to the core ... now The way to do this ....
And, after twenty years of intensive since been doing quite some conclusions, there are a lot of rules found everywhere and always work and where, there are links found everywhere and always true, are So laws were found. And all this have to do with a tremendous consistency in the human body itself between Spirit in man as an individual and his surrounding world, and his surrounding world and the world ... etc ...
The words naming them in detail, the stand for the very laws found spirituality gives a sound and color, an indispensable distinguishes spirituality with people and movements that do not apply.

But what is his inspiration? There are so many people who find themselves spiritually in their lives and in their work and really are in no way different from people who just such sweet, gentle, nice, passionate with a little knowledge and a religious tone, whether Western or Eastern-oriented, but still have no real notion of what is truly and indisputably true ... I do think that many against something, but a way of understanding life and show which suggested that it is not the case because we face it .... a man who preaches the depth but still an arrogant turd floating, has not learned the deepest in themselves manifest and still lives in his or her own castle created.

I find it odd in this speech that "profit" postulates, to successfully achieve something. Moreover, that "something" still far from benign. I think the current financial / economic world situation to improve the rationale should be beneficial to business in an ethical manner so widely as possible to initiate or expand. That without any profit to be made for several reasons logically acceptable, but not with the mind to possibly the greatest profit at the expense of open-minded consumers.
