"Spirituality and work 'is a burgeoning movement, especially in America, but also in the Netherlands almost all areas of science covers: philosophy, theology, literature, psychology, social sciences, but also management and organization. Unfortunately, this innovation has been limited to scientific discussions. The essence and power of it remains elusive so often wrapped in scientific concepts in practice where people do not do much with.
Business Spirituality tries this wealth accessible to practice the spiritual journey of successful managers to raise awareness and demonstrate how they have been so profound influence on the renewal of their organization. We want practitioners to recognize how the spiritual forces in the individual can develop and thus also in the organization.
For the spiritual level at the individual level have been many techniques developed by very different spiritual schools. From this limitation of individual spirituality, the need has arisen to meet the soul of the organization to work, organizational spirituality. For this, we often lack the necessary tools. How can the goals, organizational culture and identity of a company to be a new inspiration to create a radically new and more successful? This renewed enthusiasm is reflected in the daily work of the company, becoming better able to function properly and thus enrich for operators.
Profit for the business what breathing is to humans. Both are necessary to stay alive. But it is essential to survive, it can not breathe. Breathing is not the purpose of our lives and the profit is not the purpose of doing business. It's the life that is animated life in the organization.
