The bank virus brings the people into confusion. All media are full of it. No one had foreseen that the money being so vulnerable and in all parts of our economic life penetrates. From the spiritual insight was this crisis, however, to provide, sooner or later it must come. Why?
The whole cosmos is in evolution, the company. The process is clear and irreversible: increasing complexity, but also increasing awareness of freedom. The anthropologist Teilhard de Chardin speaks of a spirtualisatie of the cosmos. We see an increasing complexity, but also an increasing desire for unification of humanity. Not only politically and socially are looked for scale, but also in economic and financial matters. Man is simply dubbelslachtig, a composition of soul and body, matter and spirit. Characteristic of the substance is that of scale disintegrates and crumbles. Typical of the spirit is that it scales to more and more consistent results. A human body without spirit is dead and falls. An animated body hand comes to life and the body is able to control and steer. The society consists of people and comes to consistency of human communities. This fall apart again when the inspiration is lost.
In banking, we see the economic power of scale are becoming more common. The financial world is a material world without spirit naturally disintegrates. The ABN AMRO Bank grows large as inhumane, but eventually they no longer exist and is cut into pieces. Inanimate "seem" to be taken, including Fortis, but Fortis acquisition also ontzielt. Fortis falls apart. It appears that the entire banking industry gets its strength from the confidence of the people, that is their passion to the bank alive. With the disappearance of the spirit is the substance decomposes without inspiration and it will never recover. Recovery is possible only when another inspiration comes in the banking world, as human again, and the people are inspired by.
The recovery does not start with the money, the structure or organization, but in humans as a driving force. The physical world is growing towards increasing complexity and increasing chaos that is doomed to fall apart without inspiration from the human mind. That is the power of the spirituality of doing business, business spirituality, inspiration and a power of banking organizations by the people who have heart.

Inspiration is what matters, with passion the things that make life for each one of us comes, whatever it is to wash business receptions etc etc etc.
