It's not about money but about people

by Paul de Blot 16 March, 2009 permalink

In this time of crisis is a constant thought and talked about ways the money to remediate. It is indeed the money industry that has caused the crisis and it is important to pay attention to it. But these are the people who need to recover and people who are the victims. Innovation is impossible without people.

In a world without people there is no money. The animal does not have money. Nature Peoples do not have money. They just swap goods and services. Ultimately it's the man. People have made money for welfare to increase. But by the abuse of it is being ruined.

Due to the recovery of the financial deficit fall mass layoffs. People become unemployed and there is destruction of precious human capital. Companies impoverished by the loss of expertise, which they never recover. Who dares to invest in people, even at the expense of financial deficits is more likely to restore the financial deficit. Money is made by people through their inspiration and energy and not vice versa. Money does not make people more humane.

The strongest power of man lies in his deepest desire to be more human, more human for others and with others, more Gemeinschaft. Our crisis is a crisis of humanity. The man who is degenerated into an economic value is due to an economic decline also affects human decay and are maimed is human. Recovery is possible only by restoring the man, repair work and inspiration, restoration of human dignity, often at the expense of economic reserves.

Sincerely,

    You speak of 'man'
    Can that be?

The 'bankers' and 'CEO' work 60-90 hours per week.
    Only. . . . . the wrong direction.

So, Professor, tell me how that energy can bend the right direction?

Time for fundamental change. Seen the movie Zeitgeist? It goes as deep as the conept 'profit making' and 'BV' techtsvorm as we know it.

Our government and political system is unfortunately true that sensible solutions do not come through. Perhaps time for a different political system.

Whereby the parties no longer exist, or rather more interest groups and communities are.

And again there is scope for synergy.

PS: possibly read my piece "The Five Syndromes Creation of Misery". It has shown me why human systems behave as they work and how this can be broken.

Appropriate text in this new period of my life. With thirty years of industry experience and a broad network in the sector is also my employment terminated. Difference of opinion about the strategy and approach in this economic period the main cause. Short-term (cash flow) wins the listed companies, unfortunately, the more market-oriented strategic long term vision.

Always good to read that specialists in this field have the same insights. Thank you!

    Dear Mr. de Blot,

Encouragingly your article I of my fellow Heleen Temorshuizen got redirected.
Your perspective on human ondetnemerschap is inspiring and put me in my own work (career counseling and coaching people) people also encouragement. I live and work have always been from the positive attitude that any crisis of any nature whatsoever, can be found a way to better times.
But your thinking and vision of innovation gives me yet again handles.

    Dear Paul,

Like I know you also have this quite right again.
The top people make a mess and the largest group of people must suffer.
The top picks are quick out the profits and the largest group of the population living on the street and just do not come back to work.

Precisely for this large group of people would be new jobs created and should be so that they feel they are necessary.

The worst thing you a hard working man or woman can do to is to put them on non-active while his family enough to eat.

Let us all be strong together and help these people back into society to come.

    Thank you.
We threatens to drop through the bed, and to end up on the cold floor. Let it happen and it's called no more crisis. This will change instead of recovery, relaxation instead of anxiety and offers so onafhankelijheid and inspiration. As long as man is not investing in itself and we continue to ignore its strength depends on the material. This reminds me of the following piece of text: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is That we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that 'most frightens us. ". By Marianne Williamson.

Following this piece I suddenly think of the book "Revolutionary Rijkdom'van world's most renowned futurologist Alvin Toffler (in the eighties he wrote" The Third Wave "). Toffler wrote this book together with his wife. They include predicting the return of the barter. Perhaps this book is interesting to look at addressing in these times ...

@ Alexandra: Tofler was indeed prophetic in his vision. The barter is you never leave ye in poor countries. It is called barter economy

    Good morning Mr. Blot,
A nice idea, so at the beginning of the week! Thanks for this. The phrase "Money is made by people through their inspiration and energy and not vice versa." Put me to it anyway just to run. krig than you: "People need money and energy to get insparatie". And yet it is very often involved?

The problem is that we so like to borrow money (borrowed), with the agreement that we pay back. But the misconception that only interest was paid enough. the rest would come naturally good. And that revenge now. For those who have lent money, now want to get anything back. That problem now rumbles like a snowball through our economy. There is panic. Because almost everyone is both borrower, as lenders (eg our pensions).
How do we get here? What innovation is needed now?

    18 March 2009

@ Koen: You ask the question very precisely: what should we do? More people and human relationships and invest less in cash. Greet

It is a mystery to me how it is that we humans do not (want?) Recognize that we are creators.
We are creators of the phenomenon of what we now call credit crisis. Somewhere there are a few people who have an interest in have had to call it not well with our economy. That news has spread like wildfire and has continued to lie with those who are thus allowed to besmirch. We believed in it. We went there to conduct us, and there really was nothing wrong. In a while, and sometimes the consequences are already visible in our belief and behavior and we see in it the confirmation of the earlier words that a credit crisis. See here ....... the creation process is complete. Man has created a credit crisis.

Now we understand, know and accept that we have such powerful creators, we would be some that we may learn this power also to positive use :-)
Long live the placebo effect! Still better than a nocebo effect .... right? Or do we want yet still rather suffer, we still need as inspiration for the dark to the light to grow? We have the choice to do otherwise would.
Indeed, it's not about money, it's the choice that we as humans create for ourselves and with each other.

Anything else. Nyenrode has a wiki?

@: Reza de Vries: Indeed, many politicians feel themselves goete creators and movers. What is a wiki Reza?

    2 April 2009
    Prof. Dr. Reza permalink

A wiki is in my opinion a reverse search engine.

Google searches for you ... it comes with, so to speak-one million 'answers'. The disadvantage is that the trees can not see the forest. And what is the best and truest link? The search that the user is actually typing the 'source'. Because the user wants to know something. The user is in a maze.

In wikipedia, the user wants to know something. It often happens that what the user wants to know a part of something bigger. The user is alerted by-the-blue references that 'more' is. Eventually you go to the 'source' led. And wikipedia provides the extent possible, encyclopedic truth.

Wikipedia is the opposite of Google.

Visually and with a little imagination ... imagine the Internet as a funnel. The users are in the funnel. Users must 'to' allow internet.
But if I put in the tip of the funnel is then I do not go anywhere because the Internet comes to me. Vice versa.

So a wiki Nyenrode is actually 'the Nyenrode Internet. " So all scientific "things" we can find. All classes, all the answers etc.

Reza: Thank you for your explanation Reza
