There are sounds of hope for speedy recovery from the crisis, but it is also said that the crisis may last a long time. No one knows. However, it is hard to restoration work, and this along two directions.
One movement to restore the old system that is economically strong again and healthy. The one-sidedness of this economic system has just led to a crisis and that will be forgotten. This recovery will result in a repeat of the crisis. Another movement seeks radical renewal of man in the company. Especially the young generation is working to develop human-centered innovation partly due to the influence of President Obama.
In nature, we see how refresh is created. In the evolution developing more highly evolved beings with ever greater awareness. Eventually the man with a strong self-awareness. This development is accomplished by phase jumps of birth, death and new life. Every plant and every animal is born, dies and comes to new life in the offspring. The new life is not a break with the old but a progress and development. The new life of a cat is another cat and an apple, an apple.
People are born, die and come back to life in their offspring. They also live on in a higher form of life as a beautiful memory in the hearts of their loved ones, their offspring and their followers. Only death is free for something new opportunities. This also applies to organizations.
A success formula or a new initiative can never be permanent because the environment is constantly changing, ever faster. Then there is a break with the environment, a crisis, a death to new initiatives to give a chance. The money has caused the crisis but it is really necessary. The new paradigm takes the money as a means to improve human well-being.
There are organizations that have worked for centuries on innovation through the use of the crisis. Ignatius of Loyola has done five centuries ago for his innovative organization that still persists in almost all countries. About his method as a crisis manager for organizational renewal, I have written a book that can inspire people today to the crisis.

Anyone can start a conversation with Ignatius Loyola, direct and open, modern debate? You only need to join with the City of Tomorrow and therein to participate in the seminars of Paul de Blot or MBA Holistic Leadership which Paul plays a fundamental role. Ignatius lived then and now Paul.
We even go beyond that. We want the power and knowledge of such remaining Paul also integrate into the society that his succession is always guaranteed 100den few years back and thought to this great man and scholar Paul de Blot.
Dear Paul,
So far I find it a fun book to read.
Just two questions, there is a description of the time Plato (he himself knew) was a philosopher or philosophical was doing? Plato also has the sense of eudaimonia gekent?
What do you mean by the 'common sense'?
Ignatio has ever talked about it here? How do you know you do good for the 'universal man'?
What is the common sense?
@: Reza: common sense as they generally are thinking. Plato, I think the experience is eudaimonia. Ignatius reflects the common sense
Dear Paul,
When you take the word literally organization you come very close to cyclical renewal. Renewal as part of the sentence which you can determine it. Your other sound helps me always to see that the human sense of the parts must be able to give. One for me "Rhenish" human scale (society).
You surprised again and again. Now with a history rooted in spiritual management book about change. I will certainly read it.
Each change is a creative act. You yourself are the creator. Actually, you always give "meaning" to act. Your sense.
Paul also tells in his preface that he is a virtual conversation with Ignatio concerned. That is indeed the way to 'be' answers. In combination with the moment and that moment up to you, give you an answer.
Do you think of Ignatio and asks you something ... something you give yourself the answer but you get anyway a 'confirmation'. The moment such that exactly at that moment a bird whistle or horn of a car rings. The moment.
'Sleeping' people would say you're crazy. You talk to something that does not exist. But everything always exists even if you're not around anymore. You will always remain part of the phenomenon of life. Even if you, in our experience-are dead. That's because the life energy. And energy is never lost. It remains the same even-.
@ Reza: you have to think deeply about something that the mind can not grasp. A history of man is abstract, but once you make it a dialogue comes may take up to life
@ Klaas Eldering: thank you for your comment Klaas

Kalff @ Hans: Hans thank you for your comment
I sense a cautious opkrabbelen of optimism around me. Of course it is also true that people are tired of the bad news. Six months to a year ago, positive messages are ignored. Now the focus is again on good news and this self-limiting in a euphoria with all the (old) dangers. What we would really like to see a more balanced situation in which excesses up and down should be avoided. This creates a smoother image, I think, in society where respect for humans, animals and carefully designed cultural expressions returns. Living together are two words that now have a more positive effect than the combination of this!
