Politicians will do anything to get out of crisis. That is very commendable but the practice gives the impression of panic. The focus is mainly on the recovery of the economy, because we can not our posterity indebted charge. That seems a good argument. It is very true the next generations with chunks of our crisis leave. But unilateral economic recovery is primarily a recovery from the established order, but at the expense of future generations.
A radical renewal requires a renewal of the people with mental inspiration for the future. Inspired people to make their own economic recovery. Spirit of youth is radical innovation of the future, because they are the bearers of the future.
In this light requires the upbringing and education to the highest attention and priority. There is already invested heavily in education, especially in management and control systems as it does with companies with market forces. Of educational institutions are required to produce good knowledge to the students to deliver. But despite the high costs and years of innovation our students seem not to count their language and inadequate control.
The bureaucratic mind mainly the fruit of the tree nourished and not the roots. It has been overlooked by the student that knowledge is developed, not by the management. Looking back on my education than I have the most thanks to teachers, professors and teachers, men and women, who brought me inspiration. The power of education lies not in the good management of the significant financial investment or the extensive expertise of the teachers, but the simple fact that the man or woman with the pupil or student knows his or her knowledge to inspire.
The success of education is mainly due to the inspiration of the teacher. This is a reciprocal relationship for both parties an enriching learning process. Yet this relationship is not honored its value. You deserve nothing. I see how inspired teachers with great love and care to inspire their students know, but their pay very little appreciation.
Schools that fail to comply with the Protocol and the inspection negatively assessed, often show better results than schools that are to strictly follow the rules. Their success inspired them due to the relationship of their teachers, with little money with their knowledge to inspire young people know. Good parenting and good education requires attention to the formation of the whole person, with intelligence and heart and soul, body and spirit, with sports and games.

Dear Paul,
Thanks for your inspiration. Admirable words, how you always inspire vindt.Ik'm already a long time working on this issue, have also written about and have a few years ago, the Reflection Group was established in education.
From time to time we organize meetings with people that want to be involved.
Interested readers of your blog can join. Please do. To this end, my address will be announced. We strive for simple, everyday ways to engage with enthusiasm. It is indeed the man or woman in the classroom that inspires. Or the rector who inspires his staff.
Sincerely yours,
Sandra
Verbruggen @ Sandra: I wish you success with your beautiful design.
Dear Mr. de Blot,
Your article has me out of the heartfelt! It touches the very heart of the matter.
Teachers often hear that they have chosen with heart and soul for education, but the protocols and other rules, which apparently have become necessary after the excessive control of mergers (which are all within driving distance to) them deprives real motivation.
Another cause is the example of the directors, they are no longer involved in what in essence is all about, namely children and a happy school time to develop.
A statement by a director bovenschools about their mission, "Teaching as the law prescribes for us!" Well then believe your own ears anymore. How can you have your own executives and motivate teachers?
The mergers are the boards too much like business as they have to fulfill a public key.
It is clear to me that we can not go back to 20 years ago, but a reconsideration of the usefulness and scale of these institutions might provide more insight. The standards from The Hague are usually grafted onto Randstad standards and not well suited to rural areas.
Establishment of such a challenge, but how can we influence our small scale? Do you see opportunities? and if so what? It seems to me this very inspiring to agree with each other to exchange ideas.
Gert Pasman Career Workshop, Pigeons
@ Hans Pasman: There are options as I mentioned in my article. There are schools that do not strictly follow the rules and good results. Start with yourself and you will eventually get certain effects.
@ Gert Pasman: Sorry I accidentally named Hans.
Again a very inspiring article. My thought is always: "What you sow you will reap" and "the children of today are the leaders of tomorrow". What kind of leaders would we want to harvest for our future? Shaped our image of a generation with a positive look us in the new era can guide.
What amazes me most is that the knowledge is transferred unilaterally, already obsolete at the time it was recorded. In the current time with the rapid development of knowledge, knocking over sacred cows, a more holistic approach to development rather than just economically useful knowledge is a teacher / school impossible to teach all these facets.
If we want responsible, caring, righteous leaders we need to reap the educational change dramatically and ourselves less important. Children are well aware of who, what and how they can learn best if we dare to give them the justification for that.
Still thank you for this inspiring article,
Sincerely, Michael Jansen
@ Michael Jones: Thanks for your positive response. It remains a constant renewal. You can not change others, only yourself.
Dear Mr. de Blot,
Thanks for your inspiring vision for the future of our country.
I myself have three years working with problem children to work, difficulty keeping the term that I use but really means I think youth with the current solutions do not work and I do not touch the box in the youth at a reasonable salary.
Father of two sons and a strong partner of a strong woman and wants to return to study and also a wide social experience in the OG Heldring Foundation Moves not enough for me to take on a normal salary where we mortgage to pay and also can eat.
I would love to get in touch with you, Mr. Blot or together with many more people to bend to our youth in the Netherlands firmly on track to be obtained.
With warm regards,
Leon Cobussen.
@: Cobussen Leon: Thanks for your comment. You can always come and talk but I do not think I mean something you can do. You must own the stabbing heads together and set up something like a network. I work mainly with networks. Good luck
Dear Mr. de Blot, Dear Paul,
an article to my heart!
I've spent the last years a number of good jobs are allowed to do in education (HBO). In addition to giving lectures if I do three studies where students JUST had an important role. What was - in all trials, / revealed ... ... SINCERE INTEREST & ATTENTION!
That's what students and teachers need. Is this strange? No, it's what we all need. Without genuine interest and attention of the other one can not grow! Without sincerity no inspiration.
The success of the school's success rate for student and teacher. Study success you can achieve together. It is and remains the student center.
Whether the lack of teacher salary? I honestly do not know - I know the salary .... perhaps this is precisely the balance. Genuine interest and concern is the correct valuation of attention and interest and also in cash.
Paul, all comments I read your comments - I see you react with a number of times the words start with myself ... ....
With some Q-Search partners, we started STUDY SUCCESS. Besides business coaching, we also engaged in other activities that enhance academic success. By starting with ourselves (as a business coach for HBO students) we can all make a difference. What does a business coach? Depends on the coach demands of the student and that makes great experience for both students and the business coach.
For the next academic year we have again a number of activities on the program - of course with genuine interest and attention!
Petra Portengen
@ Petra Portengen: thanks for your comment Petra, I am glad to hear it. You are in a network Qnet: it is beautiful. Each renewal is once, its success is once and you must start over again with courage and confidence. Good luck
Dear Paul,
Thank you for the interesting article. I absolutely believe in the spirit of education and that starts with inspiration in people and love for each other. Plus common sense, thus: good structure and knowledge transfer services.
Greeting
Tineke Laarhoven
teacher ROC
@ Tineke Laarhoven: thanks for your comment Tineke
Dear Paul,
I totally agree with you. I would like to contribute to the initiation of the movement that you propose. How do we do that?
Nicole.
@ Nicole van der Ouw: thanks for your comment. Just an example then you radiate your inspiration or from
Rightly focus on quality and importance of education! But how can we influence it? How do we let the opinion of Paul de Blot - more and more people share happiness - specifically by working "outwards"?
So far we have not notice much of a more spiritual attitude in politics. But otherwise it proves the rise of the political Party for People and Spirit (human), which is now out of nowhere since its inception in March 2008 and currently has 500 members strong growth (www.mensenspirit.nl), with the slogan Political from the Heart!
Say about education in their draft program:
"Every child is unique and personal skills and qualities by challenging and loving guidance and education to be helped to flourish. It is promoting its own authenticity and consciousness development center in conjunction with the awareness part of a living and social whole.
It provides educational tools for both the function in this society as well as space to develop the specific qualities of each child's emotional, social, intellectual, material and spiritual terrain.
Schools are in size to have a human scale. Education no longer sets the one-sided emphasis on mental knowledge and collecting facts, but also independent and experiential experience. Skilled technical and manual skills have many career opportunities, as well as innovative and different approaches, such as meditation, holistic coaching ring and so on.
Schools will be given space and freedom to develop their own approach and identity, allowing different types of learners according to their own talents, education and supervising.
Parents and children should be closely involved in education. "
The time seems ripe for a new sound, even in society.
A spiritual sound in politics.
Meanwhile, though 26% of the Dutch population shown to be attracted to "cultural creatives". A collection of people excluded from beaten paths open to nature, philosophy, spirituality etc. (gross incompetent Motivaction).
People who are open to a new wind in Netherlands politics.

@ Geert Geert thanks for your contribution. How are we doing? Just own example, then the process is started
Day Mr. Blot,
The world is working to repair the economy and then proceed as usual. Pity, pity, now have (had) we have the chance to bet on sustainability, conscious consumption, the search for a different kind of economy where wealth is better distributed in the world. But the shirt is thicker than water, and the third world such as it needs to survive.
The dichotomy in the world not just about material wealth, but also knowledge. Education, training and knowledge to our young generation of incredible importance. You have to invest in and support the dropouts. Textbooks way, way classroom, computer on your lap and look out for yourself, I freak it. Teachers who inspired enthusiasm for a profession that works.
I greet you warm greetings dues,
jildert
@ Jildert the Ripper: thanks for your comment. Let us begin with ourselves and lead by example
Dear Paul,
Your story exactly right, but fortunately not only the schools and institutes where people know to do. The system and especially the manner in which the results of the system is measured, in my opinion the biggest problem. The things that you rightly, no measurement is made, while reasonably feasible. Education is going to look like many large companies and their customers is their reason for being lost sight of.
Sincerely,
Ronald Molendijk
@ Ronald Molendijk: I'm happy with your understanding Ronald. Let's just start
Dear Paul,
You indicate, mi right, education as a social and spiritual process. The quality of the interaction determines the results. Non-plan-such as mandatory curriculum and teaching guidelines are the starting point but the social interaction process, and inspiring. An interesting part of this way of looking at the reflection process in education. Students and teachers in different contexts look back on the quality of the interaction. Without it, education has become less transparent and what to do with the teachers and their interaction with students as adults we do not look back with pleasure?
Look at what the kids need in the evolving social context.
The interaction and then look ..
look back on the quality of interaction and
what the interaction would come to consciousness.
The article is as relevant today because we really have not unilaterally seek a restoration of economic life, but to an integrated social future. Knowledge in the future may otherwise require, from IQ to EQ to SQ (Spiritual Quotient). The (brain related) because human thought has its limitations. Knowledge of the heart is unlimited and growing needs. The world for our children because more complex. That should be the focus of mi more government assessments for education.
Regards Herman van Kampen
@ Herman van Kampen, thank you for your understanding and reaction Herman. The time is right and just let us begin with ourselves daaom
Dear Paul, thank you for this valuable idea, with your permission I immediately got put through to the blogs and Huisacademies.nl MBOacademies.nl. The last domain represents a learning community of passionate (internal) builders in college (all 21) MBO organizations. Under the slogan "sustainable building to learn and develop 'leaders Huisacademies.nl invites attention to the primary process, the management process and the learning process in organizations, in themselves and their interrelationships. See you. Regards, Cees
@ Cees Hoogendijk: Thank you for your comment and Cees your information. Nice that you pass my vision.
Dear Hr. The Blot.
Recently I, along with a fellow student, one hour of your words may enjoy.
Now I read with great interest your newsletter and send it on to people in my neighborhood where I also received good responses.
The thoughts and views can be extended to several aspects. Thus, in my industry is also a major change process in which the established order will be placed under considerable pressure. Shrines are addressed.
I try to do my bit to help the industry with sustainable and fair business.
I find it my mission to spirituality in the flower and plant industry to calibrate weathered donkey. There is currently much distrust.
Thank you!
Dico Drost
@ Dico Drost: Thanks for your enthusiasm Dico. Indeed, my view the core of many other industries
Dear Paul de Blot,
Thank you for your always inspiring and encouraging messages. I always read them faithfully and I usually agree with you. I work as biographical and art therapist.
I used the mental health care in Maastricht and I worked there in the early 70 have accessed a training facilitator.
Pretty soon after I noticed that if the target has not been in therapy, head and heart to connect people and assist in developing their own specific tools for life; hetvaak all leads nowhere.
You write what it is of utmost importance that motivated and enthusiastic teachers for the classroom to inspire our youth or even just the enthusiasm that children have to vanzichzelf wakkeren.Dit has taken me from the heart. The teachers we remember are positive but always those from their own souls were on fire for the class.
I myself work in addition to the youth, therapeutics, drug addicts and private practice in schools always worked with children and knows from experience that children are best served by relevant interested leerkrachten.Nog not long ago, a guy (high school) that I conversations had in school: "Yes, if I could get ... ... mathematics teacher, so I would now be called"!
It is striking but typical that I am currently in my practice, many social workers and teachers have. Almost all people who break down on our bureaucratic society where becoming involved seems to be a dirty word. "Non-Professional" is said. Well, besides watching with compassion and understand everything it is also addressed in order to address it.
I see it right now just to do on my own square meters and with the few people that herkennen.Daar are the texts that you send are of great interest. I promote them where I think it is the orrde.
Thanks again and kind regards, Margo Gielkens
@ Margo Gielkens: Thanks for your response, very recognizable. In any therapy, the dose relationship is essential
Paul,
Nyenrode 1946 was highly inspiring. I think back with pleasure on:
Whisk (sociography?), Van Dam (Spanish: Spanish you learned that you went out!)
Koster (lots of information about how the business world put together). Nixon (english)
I hope the board of the University of Nyenrode many inspiring professors who will attract. It can distinguish Nyenrode!
Kalff @ Hans: Thanks for your reply Hans, very recognizable
Dear Paul,
A nice article and oh so true. Passion and inspiration comes from the mind power to do something together, which is different than knowledge.
If one's life or teaching it to make or assess on the basis of good grades, it seems impossible to experience inspiration, let alone that they can grow as a fellow human.
I will not at all surprised that money was going to give himself more value and therefore the less dignified learned to appreciate. Not only in education, well there is still much to learn the power of positive thinking attention.
Yours sincerely
@ White Rose: Thanks for your comment, you are absolutely right that enthusiasm in all areas essential role.
