In my two articles about the policy in the care and education that is sick, his comments were numerous. That's a good sign. It appears that education itself often becomes too closed for renovation. I've highlighted the interesting study of Gerrit Broek Strangers on Deep Leadership, because the leadership has so far been too superficial. What lives in the care and education? What is really important? Where is it inspired by? By money, power and performance or "best service" to the other (fellow man, society) or other (climate, environment) or 'all other'? In other words, we talk about alter-ego, intentional or unintentional genetic codes?
In the care and education there is a core value in the deepest crisis. Here I give some attention to in my book. From a value hierarchy, this crisis as well value conflict to trace. As professionals in education and care, including the lateral-entry provided by Paul traps have often alter-intentional internalized values. They are often deliberately departed from the idea of 'better service' to other people. Over time, they are inundated with ego-intentional and instrumental values and practices of management. They feel deprived and misunderstood. They also have much more to the pressure to agitate and to vigorously oppose the bureaucratization waves engulf care and education.
Now we must recognize that there is essentially a crisis in health and education is that the time for renewal as Paul argues in his book on Ignatius. Faith Aspects are very difficult concepts, especially in today's society where one fixed beliefs that are passed generation to generation to give renewed attention.

Discover where you stand - what your identity is - and what distinctive promise you do (and meets) to students, which is a tour de force. However, we note that more and more organizations, especially in health and education, there are looking for. Alter-intentional, as focused on the meaning one can have for others, and not merely on what there is to "win". We call this identity marketing. And yes, we are a consulting firm.
Indeed it would be great if people in organizations themselves would be able to fundamental questions to answer and anchor. That they know their own hearts to speak. Unfortunately (?) I've just put this item to a number of concerned parents in our school, where I am a member of the MR. On March 12 this year, the Inspectorate visited our school. The research report gives a scathing critique of education in our school.
If you have further deepened the investigation appears to be based on more stringent standards by March 1. Also appears to apply those standards to be a pilot from the inspection. The leadership and teachers from our school were finally overwhelmed. inspection did not respect the agreed process with interviews with teachers, it was unclear what standards were used, etc.
When the draft report was released, with the negative criticism, there was much confusion between inspection and school administration on response times, in defense dare go (and not from the foundation), and giving reply. Because of the confusion if we were suddenly confronted with expired MR response times and not admissible in our response.
In the summer, the school worked to push through the inspection mandatory plan. Standards and procedures for review in the coming years is still abracadabra. Parents are on the blade.
From my role in the MR I come increasingly to the conclusion that the teacher can no longer give lessons to inspire the students. they have the materials and tests designed to reel off the CITO and get OBV measurable standards. And there's more to come, which it calls ONW not at the expense of what is already there. Many teachers are completely off the fun. And I understand that perfectly.
Totally agree with you. Education is intrinsic-sick. I find support in my quest how we can make a fist for this to turn back to education and where it once (long ago for the first Education Act) was intended for.

Renewal requires a radical approach, starting with the roots. It should be dramatically cut by the government. Perhaps the Ministry of Education and Science one year concluded that the schools be able to put things by going back to their roots. Many thanks for your wise words. DEEP LEADERSHIP The book appeals to me. I am certainly going to read. As you know Paul and I are Marjolein Hins MM & P boardroom counseling started. We have had more female leadership at the top! A proper balance of male and female leadership gives human leadership (= perhaps deep leadership).
In short, there is movement from multiple angles! Whether we are on the care, education and so also the banking, insurance and governmental institutions to speak - we are lost in the top so we can not expect the old hierarchical firms' motivation and enthusiasm (also read passion , genuine interest and attention) below optimal.
It is, for us to do more for business-to longer term - by reducing and re-valuing of feminine values, skills and energy back into the organization - and that starts at the top! (H) recognize this, and then we go back and bring innovative thinking and companies are attractive to employees and customers. Thus ensuring a proper balance between the male and female leadership in the top (the top man) and the start towards a different future is put. For us, the leader of the future leader in the balance!

May I ask what the divine plan and what the title of the book knowledge?
My vision, if you can talk about is as follows: the entire conviction should also be reviewed. They are old beliefs that are not redefined. False beliefs lead to bad behavior.
