On my two articles about the policies in health care and education, that is sick, numerous comments were. That's a good sign. It appears that education itself often becomes too closed for renovation. I've highlighted the interesting study by Gerrit Broekstra about Deep Leadership, because the leadership has so far been too superficial. It is the genetic code (mission and values) in the care and education. To clarify this, I would like Gerrit Broekstra below speak for himself let:
"The genetic code of an organization or the DNA has been especially, and in the first place, a case of human beings. And therefore a realization. For that reason, you can search for the essence of an organization, or organization itself, not leave it to managers hired a consulting firm. That fact must be made by the people themselves. I agree with Paul that in this quest is not about "intellectual expertise or technical skills. The heart of the people needs to be called that as Paul says in his book on Ignatius of Loyola as a crisis manager.
What is going on in health care and education? What is really important? Where is it inspired by? By money, power and performance, or "better service" to the other (neighbor, society) or other (climate, environment) or the 'Other Goose'? In other words, we talk about alter-ego-intentional or intentional genetic codes?
In the care and education there is the very core a crisis of values. Here I give some attention to in my book. From a value hierarchy, this crisis as a conflict of values easy to trace. Professionals such as in education and care, including transfer students referred by Paul traps have often alter-intentional values internalized. They are often deliberately departed from the idea of "better service" to others. Over time however, they are flooded with the ego-intentional and instrumental values and practices of management. They feel deprived and misunderstood. They also have it much too busy to vigorously agitate and oppose the bureaucratization waves that engulf health care and education.
Now we must recognize that there is essentially a crisis in healthcare and education is that the time for renewal as Paul argues in his book on Ignatius. A good start for that innovation should be the reassessment of the genetic codes in the care and education are provided by the professionals and managers as joint, say democratic quest is done. Are there examples? Believe aspects are very difficult concepts, especially in today's society where one fixed beliefs that have been passed down generation to generation are going to give renewed attention.
There is seven churches and above all, spiritual guidance which is always based on trust. I consider religion as a reconnection with a great love, which man becomes aware of (created) blocks which often impossible from the heart to live. We are becoming increasingly obsessed about how life should be forgotten and therefore sometimes pay attention to life as it is and as it is experienced. I agree with you that belief in yourself is essential, however, as what is given here not listening to? If man is depreciated because he / she must meet requirements hardening or that are contrary to experience soul?
IQ is obviously important, EQ also. The latter, I often encountered in mental health care and die as accompanist. More attention is given to what one must believe it to no one believes or wants to believe. The latter is only through cooperation and open communication occur.
Children and youth can handle this better than many habits of thought. That is why I advocate a different teaching method, where both adults and children playfully come closer together. It is no duty to do this work inspired by nature always al Unfortunately, people learn more and more numbers, money and self-interest to give the most attention, most forget that the whole economy without volunteers absolutely no right to exist. The volunteers are already faced with many obligations and even considered an idiot.
Money and good grades has become the most important aspect, it causes any upset. Maybe this one time, please create a listening ear and the essence of existence.

Yet we find that more and more organizations, especially in healthcare and education, there are looking for. Alter-intentional, because focusing on the meaning that one can have for others, and not merely on what there is to "win". We call this identity marketing. And yes, we are a consulting company.
Indeed it would be great if people in organizations themselves would be able to fundamental questions to answer and anchor. That they know their hearts to speak. Unfortunately (?) Dear Paul,
I've just put this article to a number of concerned parents at our school, where I am a member of the MR. On 12 March this year, the inspectorate visited our school. The research report gives a devastating critique of education in our school.
If you have further deepened the investigation appears to be based on March 1, tightened standards. Also appears to apply those standards to be a pilot from the inspection. The leadership and teachers from our school were finally overwhelmed. inspection failed to adhere to the agreed process with interviews with teachers, it was unclear what standards were used, etc.
When the draft report was released, with the negative criticism, there was much confusion between inspection and school administration on response times, the courage to go in defense, (not from the foundation), and giving a reply. Due to the confusion if we were suddenly confronted with expired MR response times and not admissible in our response.
In the summer there is pressure by the school worked on by the mandatory inspection, plan. Standards and testing methods in the coming year is still abracadabra. Parents are being liquidated.
From my role in the MR I come increasingly to the conclusion that the teacher can give no more lessons to inspire the students. they have the methods and rerunning tests aimed at Cito and measurable gain based on the standards. And there's more to come, which calls ONW that it is not to detract from what is already there. For many teachers is the fun completely off. And I understand that completely.
Totally agree with you. Education is intrinsically ill. I am looking for support in my quest how we can make a fist to her and this education has to be where it once (long ago for the first Education Act) was meant.

Renewal requires a radical approach, starting at the roots. There should be dramatically cut by the government. Perhaps the Department of O & W one year are closed, so the schools can set things in order by returning to their roots. That year's Ministry may use to imagine yourself to wonder why they actually exist, internship in education to try to gain some practical insights and suggestions to lose weight quite work out.

Many thanks for your wise words. DEEP LEADERSHIP The book appeals to me. I will certainly read it. As you know Paul and I are Marjolein Hins MM & P boardroom counseling started. We have more female leadership at the top! A proper balance of male and female leadership gives human leadership (= perhaps deep leadership).
In short, there is movement from multiple angles! Whether we are about the care, education and yes on banking, insurance and government institutions speak - we are lost in the top so we can not expect the old hierarchical companies' motivation and enthusiasm (read passion , genuine interest and attention) below optimal.
It is, in our more well-being for companies in the long run - through the reduction and re-valuing the feminine values, qualities and energy back into the organizations - and that starts at the top! (H) recognize this, and then we go thinking and innovative companies are attractive to employees and customers. So make a correct balance between the male and female leadership in the top (the top man) and the start toward a different future is put. What concerns us is the leader of the future leader in the balance!

May I ask what the Divine plan and what is the title of the book knowledge?
My vision, if you can talk about is as follows: the entire conviction should try to be revised. They are old beliefs that are not redefined. Wrong beliefs lead to bad behavior.
It starts with the fact that "man" not well understand.
The man treats his or her religion as the absolute. For a Muslim, Islam is the absolute. For a Christian, that Christianity. They tell themselves and with others that Christianity or Islam, their absolute faith.
The absolute faith is one. Allah or God or Buddha etc. It is a faith. There is also only one of them. Not any more.
That multiple religions are still understands it. Whatever it is, is that all religions have been invented and so relative. A religion can never be seen as absolute. Apart from the faith.
All religions do contribute and are part of the one faith. But because they all contribute and be part, they are actually anything but nothing.
Because for a Christian is not Islam. As for the Muslim everything.
So faith is all, religions are all or nothing. The belief is absolute. Religion is relative. Because this is so you can say that every religion does matter and that no one religion matters. This implies in turn that the level of tolerance must be very large, if the reason alone, is not running.
Because everything and / or nothing matters, you may also find anything from another. That she meant by saying, 'What you do not want done that the other does not. It is true that if you're going to classify the other classifies you.
