The former ING executive Cees Maas emphasized in the meeting of the Future of Banks that the customer must be central again (see Times Sept. 9. 2009). The customer is no longer customer? For 1986, the Postbank has a complete set of customer Rijkspostspaarbank. The customer service was a natural basic attitude of the employees.
