The crisis is the talk of the day and the effects of the crisis are still strongly felt. For many people it is something that is outside our place and we have become victims. But who is honest will discover that it is ourselves. We personally experienced a low point where we do not deal with it know.
By growing and renewing old certainties are gone. They no longer work in the new situation. We are afraid, lose all grip and panic. We are looking for new securities but do not know how. In our thoughts and actions we find no escape. This is a crisis in which clarity is gone.
In the era of coach we feel safe on the road in a horse drawn carriage. But with the advent of fast traffic, one feels in a carriage on the highway very unsafe and insecure. Each step of the coach is fruitless. There is a need for radical change and we need to clean up the old. There is a double somersault renewal required by an understanding that transcends the mind by an insight from within at his level. Then we committed to learning to drive.
The rapid developments of our environment are no longer mentally to keep up. Everything we have shown in a next phase of growth unusable. People thought assured of the future by money and power. The crisis that security was shaken and it fails in the lost stability. Only a radical renewal of inner spiritual values can restore our confidence. These are the securities that are rooted in the deepest sense of our existence. That trust, credibility, benevolence.
We feel strongly as we have faith, when we have friends who do not abandon us, as we have ideals which we dream, when we meet people who are human. These are spiritual forces that are rooted at the deepest level of our human existence. That is our calling at his level that make us great things like Obama suggests that we can say: "We can do it".
This reversal of opinion to come to inner guidance will not come. We must do something about it as regularly for a moment and wonder: what am I doing, what is it about, what is the meaning of this? Even in the depths of life as we know no more advice, there may come a time when we can say it's good! The end of the year is a good opportunity to reflect this.

Dear Paul,
since your speech at the SME power I'm a fan. Again very carefully read your newsletter.
I strongly believe in standing close to yourself, always ask yourself such as "what I want 'where am I' where do I go 'etc. Believing in your own authenticity and what can be achieved by close to yourself to stay.
From me you can still long continue to give speeches and inspiring blogs.
Thanks,
Sandra Galjaard
Triskelion Advice
@ Sandra Galjaard: thanks for your enthusiasm Sandra. I agree by
It is wonderful to read, Paul, that you're involved and oh so true message continues to spread. I also think that message is and remains very much needed.
I have much admiration for your wise words. And how nice that honors you have received. Absolutely right!
Sincerely,
Sandra
@ Sandra verbruggen: thank you for your support Danki Sandra. It does me good
Paul Day,
Thank you again for your inspiring words. Nicely written!
Life is dynamic. A large continuous movement. That is what really IS, creative energy. Because we seem to vastclampen realities, it can literally not stand. You pointed me in connection with my question about meaning of Viktor Frankl. Please let me quote Viktor Frankl here only once: "The question of the meaning of life is actually a wrong question. It is the life that questions. To us. Our whole existence is nothing but answer. "

Dear Mr Blot,
I read with interest your newsletter. It gives me insight into the thinking of people who are closely involved in the daily reality. In this newsletter or blog to use the modern jargon, I taste a bit of despair, that it's not more difficult to understand. I was last weekend at a seminar on "EEC, meditation and brain integration." This fits very much with your recommendation for reflection, but on a "scientific" way. Reflection is needed, but it must be based on verifiable results, otherwise it does not much like. Maybe a good idea to think about that?
With warm regards,
Rob van der Sloot
@ Rob van der Sloot: Thanks for your suggestion Rob. This level is not rational at all to understand, so keep looking and touching
Hi Paul,
Thanks for your article. My life mission is fully in your story. Becoming aware of the inner and spiritual values of life there.
I try to businesses and people in companies to be aware that the real change comes from within. Including through the consciousness of the universal human values.
The outer world is constantly changing. Therefore, investing and knowing our inner world is so essential. and from peace within ourselves busy with our work and development.
with regards
Guido
@ Guido de Valk: heart. Thanks for your support Guido. Nice of you to support me
Beautiful text Paul. You're a reliever of the 21st century. Too bad you have not had the need to respond to my email!
@ Simon: Simon thanks for your comment. Have you sent me an email?
Hi Paul,
if you go deep, deep you can work
is my creed that I meegeef coachees in a crisis when they come to me for coaching
Hi Veronique,
and .... coachees can also be written as cheeseburgers go
That sounds exactly the same ... nor should I think then ... or not ... or but and ... and hey, such as crying and laughing very close together, may be the same I think even - the known sublimation it is crying with laughter and I think that the reverse also exists - but energetically very different ... complementary?
Nice of your statement is that he's perspective ... and there we meet,
Regards,
Cees
@ Cees de Bil: nice to meet you at your meeting
@ Veronique: Veronique you're right
Paul Day,
Trust, credibility and compassion are values that fit and authenticity (send to) feeling, you feel at ease in your own home. Not as a bunker but as a source. Because you know who you are and what you stand for. And you will have no mercy on the circumstances (more) are.
The largest examples are for people like me Jesus, Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela. Big names, all-encompassing visions and determination despite a high personal price. They made it without formal power or violence possible that rulers, rulers and controllers eventually won gifts. Influence (flow from the inside towards the inside?) Is greater than power. Sample and invitation for us all. Even though we need not directly with the greatest measure, we can learn from their attitude. All you need is guts sure, live from your heart. From the inside out. And occasionally a smile, a little perspective ... allways look on the bright side. It's been a few months ago, but in the context of Budget day what I have written about what might now also fits: http://ceesdebil.wordpress.com/2009/09/13/creatief-tegen-crisis- put-yourself-on-the-throne-speech / . Because why would you only in that one day you may ascend throne?
Meanwhile I refer many people love you to the inspiring speech on 12 November in the context of the SME Powerplant loved. You say a lot with a smile. Yes (chinese way ...). Then that's another advantage of the new age: the ability to link to and from and with each other. Share, communicate and inspire. Beautiful (new) vehicle, WWW, throttle and never brake ...
Crisis and change are a given. Shift Happens. To embrace it anyway? Must also sum to Ramses Shaffy think that the sky this week been touted because he appealed to the beauty of authenticity ... singing, fighting, crying, praying, laughing, working ..... and amazed.
Also 10 always remain for me a beautiful goal.
Wish you too beautiful reflection days,
Cees de Bil
@ Cees de Bil: Thanks for your support rich Cees. It strengthens me
Dear Paul,
Thank you for subtlety. You are a shining example for me. Thank you.
One has the obvious
ourselves to speak
(Viktor Frankl)
@ Harry Bartelds: thanks for your confirmation Harry
Dear Paul
Beautifully written and very recognizable. We are afraid to give our support, but everything around us is changing.
That is simply a law of the system (cf. system thinking). We always strive for peace and balance, to homeostasis. But once we reached there will be change. That will not admit to change, because of our uncertainty puts us in a crisis.
You got me on a new and wonderful way of thinking put. Thanks for that!
For the coming period: much "reflection pleasure"
Greetings
John
@ Jan: Thanks for your nice comment John, it enriches me
