A golden time for the savings industry

After the financial crisis we are now in a political crisis. Here begins the diabolical circle. The recovery is again sought in the financial system, which has caused the crisis properly. There is now a different label stuck on the same costly system, namely austerity. Now, other agencies benefiting from it. There breaking golden age for the economy class.

In the Daily Press has an article on 9 April "Cutbacks are already big business. Kluwer organizes the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, a seminar on this subject. The Consultant BMC has already hired 24 municipalities and is expected to have a multiple thereof. Consultancies make money. Cuts costs money, a lot of money estimated. Who pays it? The citizen who must economize.

Whether all this effort yields any results to be seen. Saving is one side of the story, money is the other side. If you do not deserve not much you can save money. But money is hardly because the public is just part of a costly machine. That can only wear and less performance.

In this machine thinking is essential overlooked, namely that the people and not to a cash machine mechanism. Only people can make money, machines can not. A crisis is not solved by money, but only by people who make money. But then they do for the opportunity and training. By saving these opportunities are shrinking.

The small entrepreneurs who need to bring to life the middle are cut away because they no longer meet the necessary credit. Or they are swallowed up by the globalization of big companies. Students will also be harder to future work of education and youth because there is less money.

The older and sicker you are the more you care for yourself, because there is no money. It does seem that this monetary policy impotent the powerless, because they spend nothing on. I get the impression that empower more powerful because they make money so they can spend more. That is good for the economy. The high salaries and bonuses in the control group are often subject to fester.

Yet we should not complain because everything has a positive side. The crisis and the austerity golf makes us aware of our responsibility, not only for ourselves but for our immediate environment that we can do anything. Small-scale approaches to equity and preparing their own priorities of innovation, human renewal. Ultimately it is always the man who alone is able to make money and decent refresh. Economize costly, we finally cut it, but often at the expense of the man who has to generate money.

All austerity programs will fail if the people have no space to be human and to develop their own responsibility.

    Cuts,
I myself have in recent years made a lot while I'm certainly not lost sight of what is truly valuable in life is and how important it is to maintain a positive image as one else in a negative spiral is likely to come.
Addressing cuts are far too often associated with depression and sadness, thinking,
while the fact is that at the time of return to the essence and therefore the implementation of budget cuts, working to progress and growth and a new way.
Rediscover what really matters to move forward may see many business managers apparently overlooked and they are together in the implementation of their economies less humane,
the balance between 'being' and 'human' has more often conditioned by the idea of 'success' to make.
    Too bad ..

    Paul Day,
    this one (my) small-scale approach.

    A vision of leadership!

In essence, you can return to the following principles.
Strengthen the capacity to support at individual, team and organizational level.
Bet on the product innovation at individual, team and organizational level.
Book and as a result harmony at the individual, team and organizational level.

How to strengthen your ability to support?
At the individual level, learning to learn to centralize.
At the team level, ways of dealing with people first set up.
    On organisatieniveuau meaning to centralize.

How do you put the product innovation?
Give variation at the individual level.
Give freedom of action at the team level.
Provide sufficient income at the organizational level.

How you book the outcome harmony?
By paying attention to atmosphere at the individual level.
By paying attention to full (doening) at team level.
By paying attention to space at the organizational level.

    From another perspective, I see it so;
Learn each individual to learn and offers a variety of then arises atmosphere.
Learn each team to deal with people and give them freedom of action there will be full (doening) are experienced.
Learn every organization to give meaning and sufficient income to provide it will accommodate.

At each level that you communicate what matters, and nothing more, nothing less.

Do not miss your mood at the individual level? See if there is sufficient attention to learning to learn and / or vodoende variation is present.
Do you miss vo (doening) at team level? See if there is sufficient attention to the manner of dealing with people and / or sufficient freedom of action.
Do not miss your space at the organizational level? See if there is sufficient attention to meaning and / or sufficient income.

I also believe that learning to learn and deal with people gives a sense of meaning.
Say the ability to support reinforcing.
Sufficient variety and freedom of action provides sufficient income.
    Say the product innovation efforts.
And atmosphere and full (doening) provides a space where you want to be like (to work / life).
    Say the result harmony books.

This is a vision and no vision and would love to meet you.
It is in development and growing daily.
And every time I discover new insights that matter.

    Inspiration!

    Dear Mr. Blot,

First, I can say that I think your great knowledge and wisdom with anyone who wants to share. For you, probably the most normal thing in the world but in this world is surely not always the case. Thank God this too is changing the world and we find each other more.

    KSF's of our civilization:
In your piece you get a number of social factors that I think the KSF's of a civilization: People-oriented thinking, Entrepreneurship, Education and Care. Care for our elderly, our future and our children. Actually, you mention a safe environment where our children can develop and which provide for the elderly and the sick without this financial conditions on it.
I think if we continue to think that we are citizens' only one element in a costly machine, "we continue to behave that way and continue to put our fate in the hands of others who are the buttons on this machine. We know the consequences, of course, everyone is to blame.
Hopefully we have learned is no longer simply rely on the people sit on those buttons.
Because while you have it on the side of the coin: Awareness of personal responsibility. Look, and there's the main part of the solution: In conjunction with taking action, do it, we can turn the tide:

    CHAIN
We not only link we have with each other the whole chain: from All We are One.
We owe it to our children, our elderly and to ourselves to take the next step in our awareness, and our responsibility to address. We ourselves are the ones who have let this happen because our responsibility in the hands of another have shown. Well, you can also call confidence. We are also the ones who can decide who should sit on those buttons.

    TOGETHER
And you are right, I must begin with myself and my surroundings. But I start by reading your documents and the responses of so many people still wonder if our love for our elderly, our children and our love for each other, to pool together our society an example of a civilization to which "financially sound" is due to Human-centered (= Loving) interact.
That should not be so hard or am I too idealistic?
If there is such a group exists or does anyone know where I can find. Since I want to belong.

    Warm regards,
    Kitty

Dear Mr. de Blot, Paul Best,

I have not counted how much the word "money" in your article to read. Money would not be leading to be. We are now dependent.
The base will depend on no man, hence no money. In my practice I see people on the basis that they also change the value of their own coaching afterwards determine. It does not even money. Because money can sometimes be the value that it does not represent. The man is also in this document itself may determine what is valuable and it takes its responsibility. It gives him room because he is more conscious central. The man is leading. I know it's a small step and yet is of great value.

Paul, your column is read with pleasure and hope I can do this often. Thank you.

    Kind regards,

    Dear Mr de Blot,
I can find most of your second last paragraph. We are again more aware of our own responsibility. I'm still not what I first think of your comments. I find it an apparent dichotomy. The powerful and powerless. As if the perpetrators and victims are. You describe the powerful among others as 'big business', 'the consultants', the 'money machines'. However, these also empower non-form and has been applied by many individuals, by many people? The same people who also aware of their responsibilities.

Finally you write: "All austerity programs will fail if the people have no space to be human and to develop their own responsibility." It now says "the people" are dependent on drawing. They have to "get space. But from whom? People would still have to occupy space? Representing their own responsibility and not wait until they get something? And if they do not get, who is responsible?

    Dear Mr de Blot,

Filleted to the bone. what an inspiration. What a special piece and unfortunately the truth.
I'm actually looking forward to comments from these so-called "high" men (in the sauna, we are happy all the same). Whenever I am very touched by your pieces. Recently started in your book Business Spirituality. Also began in NVC because they say that my communication was quite Adrem. But your documents provide me proof that this is not quite true what people say of me. Fortunately, I believe myself still. Because I'm a happy broad experience in many different companies as an administrator and that to me is a very good luggage plus of course the great education (relatively free) and a compassionate second wife with whom I can be who I am.

Dear Mr. de Blot I hope you can pass more than one hundred and we have been able to learn from your lessons and enjoy your colums.

    Dear Mr. Blot,

What a true article. This message has already been pronounced, even by reputable economists, including Bernard Lietaer. There will, if we continue on this path, a growing underclass, which is no longer the means to bring them here. The industrial thinking must be transformed. The government and big corporations run 50km p / h on the highway where the individual riders between 80 and 120 when it comes to driving change. Was also evident from the programs Backlight when it comes to transition to sustainability and Zemlya when it comes to national health. We must again learn to rely on our neighbors and neighbors and people who dare to express alternative views. Confidence in the government and large corporations has rapidly deteriorated. This is the period of truth and there will be less and less hidden as they are, hopefully they get there themselves out in time.

    The best Mr Paul Blot,

I am incredibly good your newsletters and the reactions read.
word after word, I thought the same as what is written by readers as dooru. I had no idea that there are still many people want the best for others and want a world that works for everyone is.Dan a home until we can speak of a dignified existence.
I am manager of a company with 13 people. Half years since I work with consultants around strategy for the company as soon as possible to grow. But ...
that train was derailed previous post summer. We are fully established and growth is no more. The problem: people.
It gave me the last nine months many insights provided by the constant questioning of where I am the wrong way. It has put my world upside down.
People from all around me understand it more and not often say that my midlife crisis is coming. Could be, I am also 40 but it became more about him questioning what I really want to go with my life and business. And what do I mean to others. Now we come to values that are more important than the financial. Money is very important, as Goldrath says in his book: the goal, what is important first of a company? money! But ... it is true that if your financial affairs are not in a row, simply submerged and no longer holding on hold. But when is it enough? earn money on the back of another? as you already said: try to earn good money by the other "silly" too?
During this crisis, I see things happen that really can not: until two years ago, with people talking in the beautiful forms for HR to have satisfied employees. Performance appraisals were a must for the person to a higher level but I found sometimes dazzling to maximize someone to suck.
Now, sudden reorganization of companies, reorganization, change team: the whole family is thrown into this mess. Hear now what the people want or desire. I am beginning to feel ashamed sometimes when I pronounce the word manager because this direction compulsively perform to the highest yield at the lowest cost. Who will be better again?
I'm on a wheel and hope to read your letters and those of others the inspiration to find something good to build with people around people. If they midlife crisis is actually much earlier than would have happened!
    Regards,

    Alex

    Dear Paul,

Thank you! Very clear and sincere.
We should not be too optimistic, for they know not what they do!

It is difficult to leave comfort of routine and really a step. We will continue to work to correct this 'balance' to disturb, so another possible inspiration. As you often say it must come from below. There is a kind of revolutionary spirit needed more motion to compel. Your blog has the tone of this spirit.

Good morning Mr de Blot. Dear Paul,

In reading your column, I get goosebumps. It's exactly right. The times are already changing. I see now that there are many personal trainers and coaches, like Soho, their startup company. It has developed many courses and training for this work followed from their passion to do. This, the current time, here and now, coincides exactly with what is coming in 2012. The Aquarian Age is already under way, my feeling, that the turnaround, so two points on each pyramid in 2012 will take place.

Just look at the health insurance. This is not to accomplish. When I look in the surrounding countries, it is not everything, only the priorities are different.
Medical expenses are lower, lower tuition, better care, fewer regulations, etc.
In the Netherlands, with budgets and business forms (lists). No budget and that form, too bad. (ISO is a good example)

There currently are many, many, companies thinking. Just like what a child goes to school and on track to keep walking, do not change that, because then you're on the wrong track or dead and you fall outside offered. Give it a name HDHD PDDNOs etc etc

So it is with business. The decisions will be enforced from above (respect for themselves) And there is very poorly communicated in BV Netherlands. There is not listening

The time has come to a distressing lack of personal trainers and coaches, which is the spiritual awakening or completed, or now, will increase rapidly after 2012. These people, who now struggle to keep their practice running, will soon experience a golden age. These are the personal trainers and coaches managers to help themselves first to dare to look, not the pointing finger to apply. (1 to 3 and another one for you) The people they work with pleasure and dedication to get things done. These are the managers and directors of the future that will respect and appreciation for their efforts. There are also people who like to work to work with dedication to do, proud of the company they work for. (Passion) These are the companies that fail at less cost to deliver their work.

Of course there will always be errors remain, there is only one human way to deal with the problems.

It is therefore a higher level of communicating, it can not get from books. They are Gaves, which everyone is given in the here and now. The one doing it this way and others another way. There is nothing wrong with that. You complement each other. There is no good better and best spiritually. If you work from your heart, are honest with yourself and have come to terms, get you far. In this age group each soul will find again. I speak from experience.
It is not an easy road, but a nice way.

    Greeting
    Eric

This in turn everything to do with trust and that was just the first lesson at secondary school teacher vwb Economy of my time. Economy = Trust, I still often think of his words!
    As I said, Amen.

Thank you Paul, so it is exactly.
I often feel discouraged when I see how there are always money to be given away to the organization of 'cut' or anything that would be good for 'the citizen'. But the simple hand work, what matters and what is actually trying to promote, as does the money go. I worked several years on behalf of the government to entrepreneurs in an area to stimulate more activities for visitors to the area to develop. The entrepreneurs complained, they had enough ideas, but to get public funding for its development, they had to so many conditions that they often halfway assignments. Or there'd better not start. Meanwhile, more and more organizations and people by the government put to work / hired to come up with ideas for more activities for that area to develop. I begin, now that I no longer work for that body, still better understand why the operators were so outraged. Entrepreneurs who saw the money the government can go everywhere, but not to them. That made her the public regarding people not seriously. And rightly so, because the entrepreneurs were not taken seriously by the government. You see the same in several areas. The government attracts a lot of money to consultants and program managers registry open to "citizens" to encourage to do what they think. But that 'citizen' (the doers / ondre workers) have not been waiting for and only sees his tax money is spent on bureaucratic geldrondpomperij that does not penetrate. The gap is widening.
Let us hope that more people dare to speak their hearts.
