Innovation needed in the policy of care and education
On my two articles about the policies in health care and education, that is sick, numerous comments were. That's a good sign. It appears that education itself often becomes too closed for renovation. I've highlighted the interesting study by Gerrit Broekstra about Deep Leadership, because the leadership has so far been too superficial. It is the genetic code (mission and values) in the care and education.
Crisis
There are sounds of hope for speedy recovery from the crisis, but it is also said that the crisis may last a long time. No one knows. However, it is hard to restoration work, and this along two directions. One movement to restore the old system that is economically strong again and healthy. The one-sidedness of this economic system has just led to a crisis and that will be forgotten. This recovery will result in a repeat of the crisis. Another movement seeks radical renewal of man in the company. Especially the young generation is working to develop human-centered innovation partly due to the influence of President Obama.
A drama queen, what it teaches us?
Everyone is shocked by the drama queen and it has directly to the highest level wondered how to prevent this. The conclusion was clear: absolute safety is impossible. Man is and remains free and is therefore unattainable absolute certainty.
Witchhunt against bonus
There is a witch hunt against emergence bonuses that are seen as the main culprit of the crisis. The media are full of it and everyone is angry. But the cancer is not much deeper, namely in our greed? We realize that man is worth more than its monetary value and that our happiness is not in terms of financial wealth can be expressed?
Crisis, powerlessness and social responsibility
In Algemeen Dagblad of 15 January last, I read a relevant message under the title "Topbazen deliver part of salary." The crisis brings an awakening going on in business.
