There is now a different label stuck on the same costly system, namely austerity. Now, other agencies benefiting from it. There breaking golden age for the savings industry.

It has a bonus system to a halt. Is it successful? It is uncertain. Does the cleaning or we throw the bathwater with the baby? What is the real issue with a bonus and what is the point?


The healthcare sector in ensuring

Not only banks but also the care sector is in crisis. Not only because of medical errors or lack of money, but by a crisis in its management. The well-intentioned efforts to scale and market appears counterproductive. They had lost sight that this is not the products or technologies that the healthcare sector were sold to customers, but that health is mainly based on human relationships.

In the current crisis is the need for more humanity in business again raise awareness. Under different names is sought for innovation, spirituality and business, corporate social responsibility, meaning, eco business, servant leadership, etc.

We seek guarantees for the future? Invest in youth

I read in the newspaper about a cessation of students protest against austerity measures. Fortunately this happens rarely, but it happened a lot of meaning. They have no money and they were looking at ways to reduce costs. There are new techniques developed, the classes are larger and the number is reduced teachers. That is the same sound as the dismissals of personnel in manufacturing. There is less money and the company is therefore more intense and less people.


Our need for hospitality

Subconsciously, everyone need to feel at home. We want to feel at home in our work, our family in our neighborhood. That's a hospitality experience of the heart. Who does not feel at home is not his right.
