What brings us 2012?

The messages do not bode well for 2012, a major crisis. It is how we see it. The economy is bad, but when I see the focus on charities is growing and there are beautiful things happen, such as the awareness of sustainability and spirituality, the image is different. Someone with thirst, that half a glass of water, moisture can react with disappointment, "but a half-full glass", or gratitude, "fortunately a half-full glass".

Christmas is an event that is celebrated around the world. You notice that in these days when you make an international flight. In Indonesia the largest Islamic country, Christmas is a national holiday for all people regardless of religion, true. There is Christmas Day of the Nativity called Hari Natal. That is indeed the deepest meaning of the Christmas Happening as awareness of the birth of the child in my life and in our lives. As a personal event and also as a collective process. In fact, the birth is the most fundamental in our lives, no improvement or innovation, but as a new beginning.
The rights of youth

It is an important positive development that the Netherlands has appointed an ombudsman for children. Netherlands has often been rapped over the knuckles by the Human Rights Commission on its policy with children. Last year, 24,000 children caught in 13,000 foster families because the parents are unable to educate their children themselves. Not out of reluctance, but out of powerlessness. But the youth is through its divisions are not yet able to this inability to work. The rights of the child are not the same as the rights of the adult because the child is vulnerable, the child does not know what is right and can not fight for it. It craves only for security and warmth.

Time flies quickly, and our environment is changing more and faster. Unnoticed, we are already in the year 2011. The old year leaves much painful residue, which often have not even been cleared. But if we're honest, there certainly seem surprising moments remaining. The new year will certainly bring with them new problems. There will be redundancies, everything is more expensive, the less care and other surprises that will make us overwrought. There is enough to panic.

There is much to do about possible longer maternity leave and paternity leave, there is much debate about child care, there is much talk about saving and improving education. Inasmuch as they involve time and time again about the costs. Indeed, children cost money, but it is the most basic investment for the future.

In the first centuries after Christ's leadership was often in the hands of knights with a high regard by their great responsibility for others. We know the old stories of knightly orders, such as the Grail knights etc. They were chivalrous at heart, loyal and faithful in their service, especially for their care for the weak of society and vulnerable women and children.

In my personal life is all I have planned failed. I owe my success to chance events and especially to your friends. I am not alone, because I've met several successful entrepreneurs who had the same experience. The manuals on management do not talk about. Yet I do not believe in blind chance.
